Long term Retirement Village operators, the Martens family, have been directly involved in the Retirement industry for almost 30 years (in SA) through design, construction and management of the very successful Bartonvale Gardens Group in South Australia, which was sold to a major corporate operator in late 2007.

In 2012, the Martens family acquired The Elms Retirement Estate in Kilmore, Victoria, Langton Park in South Australia followed by Bridgewater Lake Retirement Estate in Roxburgh Park (VIC).

As Managing Director, Ben Martens actively involved in the running and future development of the villages, which he tackles with enthusiasm, experience, professionalism and unswerving commitment to ensuring all residents fully enjoy the best years of their lives.
