RSL Care WA provides services under the Home Care Packages Program (Levels 1 - 4) and Veterans' Home Care Program. RSL Care WA provides a number of standard services which are individualised to each client's needs, however under the new CDC model of care, you can choose from a much wider variety of services that can be tailored around your needs and to fit within your individualised budget. The following is just an example of the services we can provide to you: * personal care including bathing, showering and personal hygiene; * domestic assistance; * meal preparation; * medication prompt; * mobility; * respite; * social support, both in home and outings; * transport; * gardening; * professional clinical care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
