We are experienced in working with people who are often isolated, distrustful of services and as a result do not receive the services they require and are entitled to. We work in close partnerships with key agencies, service gateways and social housing providers to connect with vulnerable individuals with the support they need. Referred clients will be assessed for suitability and supported in close collaboration with their existing service provider networks. We work collaboratively to make their / life easier!
