Supports people with low- level care needs. While nursing, allied health or other clinical services may be provided as part of your Home Care Level 2 package, these packages are not intended to provide comprehensive clinical or health services. Your package may include: Domestic assistance, Personal Services: Standby monitoring for safety through to full personal care assistance (We wash hair and groom or assist you with your dressing, toileting, continence, getting in and out of bed and moving about your home), Management of Continence and skin integrity, Medication prompt/administration, Transport, Social support, Home Maintenance, Meal preparation (nutrition, hydration, meal preparation and diet), Aids, Equipment & Assistive Technology, Home modifications. (Subject to package level funds)
