Aspen LV Plus

Sales have now commenced at Aspen Communities Retirement Village- the new 55 plus independent living community in Ballina, for its Stage 2A Phase 2 homes. With only one home remaining in the first release homes in stage 2A Phase 1, the new home designs are proving to be very popular.

Called "Aspen LV Plus Ballina" (formerly Sovereign Gardens Retirement Village), Stage 2A is part of a multi-staged approach Aspen Communities will be taking to realise the development of a thriving and energetic 55 plus community.

Interestingly, the 'LV' in our name is the Roman numeral for 55!

Due for completion from April 2011, the exciting Stage 2A Phase 2 homes are priced from $422,500* and include an innovative range of two and three bedroom designs, with two full bathrooms (ensuite in master), a choice of single or double garages (with separate store area), designer kitchens overlooking a spacious open plan living area which opens onto a private courtyard.

The announcement of the new Aged Care Centre means a full range of independent living and aged care services will soon be available at Aspen Ballina where construction is expected to commence sometime in 2011.
