Located in the popular beach suburb of Bateau Bay, you can enjoy a relaxed bayside lifestyle with transport right outside the village. As an ideal retirement living destination, you'll have easy access to Bateau Bay Square and popular spots like The Entrance Leagues Club, The Bay Sports Club and Bateau Bay Golf Range. Get the blood pumping with a walk along Bateau Bay Beach or stroll down to Bateau Bay Village and catch up with friends over lunch.

Inside independent living villas you’ll find modern kitchens, bright living areas with sunrooms opening onto the beautifully maintained gardens. The community centre acts as the village hub where you can catch-up with village friends at a range of social activities including bingo, card games, morning teas and happy hour.

Resident vehicle parking is a separate and optional service that is available to be rented weekly or purchased. All spaces are subject to availability, and you should liaise with the Village Manager for more information.
