Kirk Apartments is a modern retirement village located in the thriving suburb of Burwood in Sydney’s Inner West. They have been designed with the independent retiree in mind and provide a safe and secure environment that is close to everything you need. Built to offer low maintenance living with high quality finishes, there are 42 apartments with a range of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms, some with an additional study. Those on the ground floor benefit from a terrace and those higher up, ample balcony space. They are owned and managed by Presbyterian Aged Care.

Who is Presbyterian Aged Care?

The Presbyterian Church has been supporting the independence and care of older people across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory for over 70 years. Presbyterian Aged Care is an arm of the Presbyterian Church of Australia in New South Wales. While Presbyterian Aged Care (PAC) has grown to provide accommodation and care services for over 1,700 people, we have never lost sight of the individual – every person has their own emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual needs.

There is 24/7 CCTV coverage for your peace of mind, a video intercom system, secure undercover parking, lift and ramp access throughout, along with a shared community space on the ground level.

Care and Services

Presbyterian Aged Care is an Approved Provider of in-home based services for older people. What that means is that if your health needs change, the Village Manager assist you to access services that will allow you to remain living independently in our own home. Presbyterian Aged Care is dedicated to creating positive, forward-thinking communities that have the support in place to assist with people’s changing needs.
