The Shoreline, Coffs Harbour's Newest Luxury Retirement Village Opening Early 2022. The first stage of The Shoreline offers 72 luxury retirement residences designed with premium interiors, fixtures and fittings in an opulant, coastal setting. Every detail of the retirement residences have been designed with quality in mind with contemporary full-size kitchens, Miele or Smeg appliances, marble-stone benchtops, split system air-conditioning, spacious ensuites and highly appointed fixtures and fittings.

The day to day running of the community will be overseen by a qualified Village Manager to assist residents and tend to maintenance requests.  You can be rest assured that safety is of high importance with the gated community featuring a security car registration plate recognition system.
