The Cove Village is a ‘resort style' community which boasts superior indoor and outdoor living with absolute water frontage.  The village is located at Daleys Point, close to public transport as well as Kincumber and Erina Fair Shopping Centres.

There are 104 two bedroom units designed for independent living at The Cove Village.  Village amenities include three swimming pools, spa, community centre, barbecue facilities, a private jetty, library and workshop.  Daleys Point is in the near vicinity of Bouddi National Park which is a great spot for bushwalking, bird watching, fishing and swimming and Hardy's Bay, Terrigal and Avoca Beach are also close by.
