Maroba

Maroba Terrace is not-for-profit village situated at Waratah, a suburb of Newcastle. At Maroba Terrace we enable residents to maintain an independent lifestyle whilst providing support and companionship through numerous functions and events. Our secure terrace units feature large, open plan living areas and have been specially designed to meet the unique needs of individuals wishing to maximise their lifestyle. Each unit is equipped to meet the unique needs of our residents and offers an on-site 24hr emergency call system. Additional services including meals, housekeeping, and any other personal care assistance are also available to residents by request on a fee for a service arrangement. Within the relaxed environment you can choose to be involved or just take life easy.

Maroba is excited about the planned future development of Newcastle's first vertical retirement village. We envision this to be marketed by late 2011.

Accommodation

At Maroba Terrace residents have the option of three unit layouts ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms, with or without a garage. Small lawn sizes and beautiful gardens provide added recreation areas and are a gardener's delight.
