About
Calyptus Co-living - Boronia Heights
Calyptus Co-living is a new style of housing for retirees that provides residents with convenient living and the option of using shared spaces. Homes are designed to feature a collaborative “community” culture where residents share similar interests and values and look out for each other. Our co-living residents occupy a room in a share house under a standard residential tenancies lease. Your room is your secure private space, with your own bathroom and wardrobe. Kitchen, living and dining areas in the home are shared spaces where you can enjoy social time with your housemates.
The shared spaces are furnished with whitegoods, furniture, fully-equipped kitchen and smart TV. All you need to bring is your bedroom!
Your fornightly rental payment includes electricity, water, wifi and emergency call monitoring in one easy payment. If you receive full or part Commonwealth Age Pension you may be eligible for Commonwealth Rent Assistance to assist with the rent expense. A bond of four weeks applies - many of our residents use the State Bond Grant or Bond Loan scheme to fund this payment.
Calyptus Co-living. It’s not just a room. It’s a better way to live!
