Bundaleer Lodge Nursing Home Independent Living Units Now Available

Bundaleer Lodge Nursing Home now have Independent Living Units (ILU’s) located in North Ipswich. The units are built in a manor to offer low maintenance living with modern high-quality finishes. ILU’s are units for older people who are actively independent and able to care for themselves but wish to have the security of living within a supportive community. These units are located on the ground floor. All units have access to an emergency call service. This service is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week onsite. The rental cost of a units includes utilities such as water and power. The Independent Living Units are fully furnished and the resident only needs to supply a mattress and TV.  Each ILU is airconditioned and has 1- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry and an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room. Some units have a private veranda or private garden and all units have a dedicated parking space.

Bundaleer Lodge has an onsite hairdressing salon, café, chapel and outdoor pool table and lovely garden for relaxing in. The onsite commercial kitchen can arrange meals for your unit.
