These 14 detached homes have been purpose built for retirement living and form a streetscape of beauty and tranquility that can only be found in the Adelaide Hills. These homes are situated close to all facilities including public transport and they are next door to Eldercare’s Sash Ferguson residential aged care facility.

Each of these homes has three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and a study), two bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and double or single garages. Pergolas and external patios make relaxing in your own private backyard something special.

Residents have access to a wide range of in-home services such as cleaning, shopping and personal care through Eldercare Service Assist. Meals are available to residents at the co-located residential aged care facility.
