Community Aged Care Packages
St Ann’s Outreach is a thriving community care program which provides in-home care to clients.

The Outreach program allows aged people who require regular assistance to stay in their own homes.

A range of services is provided by a registered nurse and community carers who assist clients with a range of activities, showering and dressing, house cleaning, shopping and transport to shops and local appointments. Visits, services and times are all tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Independent Living
Verve Apartments, located at scenic Old Beach, is a cutting edge community for people over 55.
