Our Independent living units complex is located at 26 Channel Highway, Taroona known as "Grange Villas" The complex has 22 stand-alone villas and 16 apartments. They are available for sale and some for rent. Sale prices reflect the market valuation and range from $360,000 to $440,000. Purchase of a villa apartment is subject to an annual deduction from capital for a maximum period of 8 years, known as deferred management fees. Capital growth is shared, 50/50, Capital losses are absorbed by Mary's Grange. A weekly service fee is payable to cover operational costs including, municipal rates, water, common area lighting, gardening maintenance of white goods, building insurance and emergency call supplies. The complex is supported by a caretaker who is available for emergencies and organisation of social functions. The complex has both two and three bedroom villas with two bathrooms and under cover parking for residents - visitor parking is also available.
