Anzac Lodge Nursing Home

First established in 1997, with several extensions and renovations later, Anzac Lodge is a 120 bed fully accredited residential aged care facility comprised of single rooms with private ensuite as well as some twin share rooms to cater for couples. We also have a 15 bed memory support unit for residents with more advanced dementia. Anzac Lode is a multi cultural facility (residents and staff) but a large percentage of our residents are from an Italian background hence we offer Italian main meal options daily. We also have several Italian speaking staff and provide RAI satellite tv to all rooms.

The management team have extensive experience in the aged care industry with backgrounds in corporate management, medicine and nursing. We have a registered nurse onsite 24/7 supported by a mix of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and personal carers. Our staff are friendly and caring, many of whom have worked with us for greater than 3 years. We strive to care for each resident as though they were our own loved one. We provide holistic care through visiting allied health and medical practitioners. 

Our lifestyle team is exceptional in engaging each resident to feel part of the Anzac Lodge family. Individualised lifestyle programs are developed for each resident to meet their spiritual, emotional and social needs in a culturally sensitive manner.

Our talented chefs prepare meals fresh onsite daily and are able to cater for a variety of dietary needs including diabetic and vitamised diets.  

We are happy to take applications even if you are unable to provide a bond. If you are required to pay a bond, you don’t necessarily have to sell your house. For  primary carers in need of a rest, we can also assist with respite care. It can also serve as a good introduction to aged care. Come talk to us for options.
