Lions Village Torquay

Lions Village Torquay is a sought-after over-55’s village situated in a landscaped, secluded area close to transport, the Surf Coast Community Health Centre and Torquay’s Public Library. 

Residents are able to enjoy Torquay’s magnificent beaches and nearby countryside as the Village is at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road.

Units are tightly held, but there may be opportunities to become part of our community in the next few years.

Our Village is managed by an independent not-for-profit body, Lions Village Torquay Incorporated, with a volunteer Committee of Management.
