SwanCare Kingia is a modern care facility comprising of 82 beds, also for residents requiring a higher level of care. Seventeen of these rooms are for residents needing dementia care.  This wing is on the ground floor with access to two sun-filled courtyards, available at any time for residents enjoying the company of visiting family and friends. Spritz Café, also on the ground floor, is a regular meeting place and outing for residents and visitors.
