Villa Pelletier - one of Southern Cross Care's founding facilities, is centrally located in West Leederville, alongside the leafy and natural wetlands of Lake Monger.

Home for up to 40 residents, Village Pelletier provides exceptional 24/7 nursing, offering peace of mind for those living with complex health conditions. Purpose-built to ensure all residents can move around with ease, the home has wide hallways, nurse call buttons in every bed room and bathroom, each room has a built in wardrobe. A home that exudes warmth, Villa Pelletier has five lounge areas, a recreation room, alfresco dining and courtyards where residents can relax and spend time with loved ones.

Supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of your loved one is our utmost priority, which is why we offer a range of daily activities, from craft groups, live concerts and entertainment, music therapy to regular bus outings. Residents at Villa Pelletier can also access on-site hairdressing services, Pastoral Care support and Allied Heath services. 

The facility has five lounge areas, a recreation room, courtyards, external activity spaces and more. Short term respite accommodation, from one day to a number of weeks, is also offered, providing peace of mind for carers. Respite stays can also form an important step in the smooth transition of the care recipient into permanent placement at Villa Pelletier.
