Balmoral Gardens

Welcome to Balmoral Village – a busy, vibrant and happy community. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wantirna South, the village boasts magnificent landscaped gardens, wide open spaces, beautifully modernized units and extensive community facilities. It is within easy access to public transport and Knox City shopping centre.

At Balmoral Village, we provide a range of one, two and three bedroom villa units as well as one bedroom apartments.  All units are refurbished to the highest standard and include garages or undercover parking.  There is also access to caravan, boat or trailer storage (if required) and visitor parking for your friends and family.

The village club centre is a hive of activity, supporting more than 30 activity groups managed by our dedicated activities coordinator. Facilities include a state of the art bowling green, swimming pool, spa, restaurant, multi-purpose room, croquet lawn, shop, fully equipped workshop, full size billiard table, village bus, library, lounge and TV room with Foxtel.  The range of functions, events, and activities on offer is only limited by your imagination.

Our committed staff will ensure your unit, appliances and gardens are well maintained and care staff are there to assist you in an emergency. The Balmoral Village staff are supported by an experienced Board of Directors who fund major village projects and ensure the highest standards of management and service are provided to our residents.
