About

Leura Fairways

Leura Fairways offers you a rare opportunity to adopt a lifestyle that’s all about escaping the frantic pace of the city, where you can relax in an environment that offers peace, tranquillity and privacy.

Our objective in developing Leura Fairways, the first of its kind in the area, is to recreate the grace and charm that is so much part of the regions heritage. Surrounded by leafy seasonal trees, individual and community gardens, the golf course, amazing bush walks and the world listed heritage Blue Mountains National Park.

At the heart of the development is the Lodge, a gracious heritage building that was once the Leura Golf Clubhouse. The Lodge has been carefully restored creating exquisite balance between traditional elegance and contemporary comfort. The Lodge is a great place to meet with friends for coffee, play billiards or cards or just read a book in front of an open fire.

At Leura Fairways, you experience the best of both worlds – your independence and a secure environment. You can live the life or you can simply shut the door and leave with total peace of mind. Also with on-site managers and an emergency call system you can feel quite comfortable that someone is there for you at all times.

The village has an active Residents committee who contribute, together with the Management Team and the Operator, to maintaining a happy and positive environment for all concerned.
