About

Lifestyle SA

Lifestyle SA is South Australia’s retirement village leader. Through cleverly designed homes, resort-style recreational facilities and beautifully landscaped streets and gardens, Lifestyle SA provides a safe and secure way of life to thousands of retirees across Adelaide.

Lifestyle SA was established in Adelaide in 2000 as a subsidiary of the Pickard Norris Joint Venture between renowned South Australian home builder Gordon Pickard AM and prominent retirement village developers and managers Stephen Norris and Roxanne Norris.

The company's multi-award-winning Lifestyle Village concept has proven extremely popular with modern-day retirees in South Australia who relish the spacious layout of homes and gardens, the high quality leisure facilities and the friendly, social environment within each village.

There are now 11 Lifestyle SA retirement villages in Adelaide which are home to thousands of South Australians from Seaford in the southern suburbs to Golden Grove in the north, with all residents enjoying access to an easy, active lifestyle to maximise enjoyment of their retirement years.
