About

Living Choice

Established in 1992, Living Choice has earned a reputation as Australia`s retirement specialists for building quality retirement villages in premier locations on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, the Central Coast of NSW, at Glenhaven in NSW`s Hills District and at Marsfield in Sydney and at Fullarton and Woodcroft in Adelaide.

Living Choice has also purchased sites at Sunshine Cove on the Sunshine Coast and at Galston in Sydney.

Our retirement villages are more like lifestyle resorts. We invite you to explore our site to see how Living Choice is setting new standards in retirement living.

The location of each village is carefully selected and is generally based on:

  • proximity to shopping centres;
  • outstanding surroundings including waterfront and forest locations offering tranquility and panoramic scenery;
  • a practical distance from major CBDs so you can get to the city with a minimum of fuss yet remain outside the hustle and bustle of city life - you can easily visit friends and family and they can visit you;
  • proximity to medical facilities to ensure immediate access to clinical services should the need arise;
  • accessibility to recreational areas and attractions, such as beaches, waterways, rainforests and national parks.

All our villages are designed with you in mind and usually include:

  • street landscaping and ambience that fosters a sense of security and safety;
  • beautiful gardens, which blend in with the environment;
  • outstanding facilities such as bowling greens, leisure and community centres, indoor pools... to ensure a wide variety of activities are available to all residents;
  • a comprehensive calendar of events and activities allowing you to lead as active a lifestyle as you wish;
  • a layout that offers a private lifestyle, yet encourages and fosters a sense of friendliness and community.
