Step 4.6

When do you start payments?

Payments

A provider can only ask you to pay fees after you have agreed on the terms of the Home Care Agreement.  At that point they can ask you to pay up to one month in advance.

Any fees paid in advance must be refunded to youif you ever decide to leave your provider.

Our Home Care Directory gives you an overview of providers in your local area, including website and contact details and a percentage of package availability.  Each provider is different, so meeting them will help you understand what you can expect.
