Step 8.3

What are the different types of services

Types of Services

The care in your Home Care Package will be supplied by a variety of different care workers who specialise in different areas. Your Care Management Plan may involve 5 to 10 different care workers or even more, depending on the level of your Home Care Package.

We’ve listed below some different categories of help but if you need something that is not shown, don’t worry.  Discuss your needs with your Package Provider and see if they have some creative ways to support your needs.

If your preferred services are to support your helath and wellbeing, your ability to stay at home and be connected with your family then your needs should be considered by your Package Provider.
