Meander Cottages are high quality two and three bedroom homes for people looking for privacy and comfort.  The Cottages are designed as a smaller home with all the benefits of a traditional home but in a size that is easily managed.

All services are underground, with distinctive lighting and attractive landscaping which further enhances the Village.  The no thru road street layout minimises through traffic, while promoting security, privacy and quietness. 

Offering a choice of two or three bedrooms, some Cottages also offer a double garage.  All Cottages feature:

Meander Cottages Community Centre provides the village with a spacious and modern meeting place.  The Community centre boasts a large kitchen, meeting room, large open plan dining/entertaining area and a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. 

The Community Centre is ideal to hold social functions or meetings.  The village has a Community Centre committee to oversee the running of the centre.

Meander Cottages is ideally located in the beautiful township of Yankalilla and is in easy walking distance to shops, banks and post office.  We are a 5 minute drive from the seaside village of Normanville and all of the beautiful beaches you could ever need.  There is also a world class links golf course, a picturesque sand scrape course in the township along with a thriving bowls club and much, much more.  All this just an hours drive from the centre of Adelaide.
