The operators are long time locals, who work and live within the Yankalilla/Normanville district. “We like to use local products and local workers wherever we can.” This gives Meander Cottages a sense of community.

The operators recognised a need for many of their older community members wanting to down size.  Many were moving out of the district due to a lack of appropriate options, having to leave behind friends and family. 

GBP Developments have been able to provide quality, affordable and low maintenance properties in its local community.  Meander Cottages is a safe and peaceful village allowing residents to enjoy their retirement in a wonderful community.
