Can I top up services or get additional services?

Topping up services or adding extra services under a package

You may choose to top up your package by buying additional care and services through your provider.  This needs to be negotiated and agreed between you and the provider. 

Any further payments you make must be separately identified.

If a provider can’t cater to your request then you will need to make arrangements with a third-party Service Provider.
