Home Care Package Supplements

There are 6 special supplements that can be received in addition to your awarded Home Care Package.

  • Supplement 1: The Dementia and Cognition Supplement in Home Care 
  • Supplement 2: The Veterans’ Supplement in Home Care 
  • Supplement 3: Oxygen Supplement
  • Supplement 4: Enteral Feeding Supplement 
  • Supplement 5: Viability Supplement 
  • Supplement 6: Hardship Supplement

If you think that a supplement may be available to you, tell My Aged Care when speaking to them so they can add it to your record and plan with ACAT accordingly.
